Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 30 days to return the product. The full order amount, including shipping costs, will then be refunded.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible and you must use the return process.

The return costs from your home to the online store are covered by you.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accompanying accessories, and – if reasonably possible – in its original packaging.
