To return a product, you can easily contact our customer service at info@hudsonrow-newyork.com. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) that you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once done, you can send the product to us via your preferred carrier.

Due to high demand for our products, your delivery may be slightly delayed. We ask for your understanding. If the delivery time has expired and you still haven't received your order, please send an email to info@hudsonrow-newyork.com We will then investigate what happened to your package.

There is always a 30-day return period. The return period begins on the day you receive the item. However, there are some conditions for returns:

• The return deadline must not have expired;
• The product must be in original packaging with all labels attached;
• The product must not have been used.
